calculate your NET LOSSES, you must ADD together all your WINNING wagers
since your last 15% (or 20%) bonus was paid to you. The next step is to SUBTRACT all your LOSING wagers since your last 15% (or 20%) bonus, and you are left
with the difference. If the difference is a LOSS (a negative amount)
then you can call to request your 20% bonus. However, if the difference
is a WIN (a positive amount) then you are not eligible for a 20% bonus,
as you have won more money than you have lost. It's as simple as that.
