SPORTS OFF SHORE ONLINE HELP

Version 2.47 is the latest version and was released on the 15th August 2007.

Here is a list of FAQ's and problems our customers have experienced once they have successfully downloaded our program to their DESKTOP.

Which version of SOS Online is on your desktop? 2.47 is the current version.

Is the Operating System you are using Windows 95, 98, NT 4, ME, Windows 2000 or XP?

If you have Windows 95 you MUST have Internet Explorer 5 running on you hard drive.Go to www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/ and download Internet Explorer 6 free. If you have Windows 98 or NT using Internet Explorer or Netscape 4.0 or better is fine. If you get this message:

The server is not running or the ISP connection needs to be started or the server IP is incorrect.

Try to connect again later or reconnect to your Internet Service Provider or if this is the first time recheck server IP.

This means that one of the following is happening:

1) you are not online (not connected through your Internet Service provider)

2) If you are at work there may be a "firewall" (some businesses do not allow their employees to visit certain IP  addresses or web sites.)

3) Your Internet Service Provider's connection might be bad (you are connected to a bad modem), disconnect from the internet and then connect again.

4) We have temporarily taken our system down for maintenance or our service provider is having communication problems.

Communications error.

Communications are good but the server is busy. Any work in progress will be destroyed.


Account is in use at the server or elsewhere.

This could mean: You have established a connection with our server and your 40 minutes timeout starts to wind down and for any reason you get disconnected. The answer is to wait at least 40 minutes and try to login to our system again. If after ten minutes the problem continues, contact us at info@playlegal.com or give us a call at 1800-752-9534 and we will unlock you.

If some of the lines are missing then your computer time and regional settings are incorrect. Please set your region and time to to the correct time zone and where you are. You do this by going to your Control Panel, Click on the date/time icon. Click on the time zone page and set your time zone to where you are. Click on OK and then reset your computer.

If you download our software and click on the SOS Online on your desktop and it VANISHES, then you are probably using Windows 95 and your Internet Explorer is outdated. Go to
www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/ and download Internet Explorer 6 free. If for some reason you really cannot get back online and you want to place a wager, feel free to call our betting line and place your bet.
