SOS reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager.

Las Vegas rules apply to all wagers not covered by rules and regulations herein.

All sporting events must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified.

If any event is postponed and/or rescheduled, said event will automatically constitute "no action". Baseball rules apply to postponed or rescheduled games.

For telephone accounts all wagers placed with SOS are fully computerized and voice recorded for the protection of SOS and it’s members. In the event of a discrepancy the voice recording of the transaction is the final determination of the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.

For SOSONLINE accounts, members are responsible for checking 'pending bets' whenever they make a wager, to ensure that all bets are entered correctly. Members should check their daily account balances on the first call of each day, or check their balance everyday on SOSONLINE.

FOOTBALL RULES

Las Vegas rules apply to all wagers not covered by rules and regulations herein.

All football games must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified.

If any game is postponed and/or rescheduled, said event will automatically constitute "no action".

In order to have action, once a game starts it must go:

Football (Pro & College)............................................55 min. of play

When wagering on "totals" (over/under), overtime periods are included in the final score.

On half time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the 2nd half.

BASEBALL RULES

Baseball (sides) home team winning.....................................4½ innings (Full)

Baseball (sides) visiting team winning............................5 innings of play (Full)

Baseball (totals or run lines) home team winning.......................8½ innings (Full)

Baseball (totals or run lines) visiting team winning......................9 innings (Full)

Note: When wagering on baseball totals or "run lines", both listed pitchers must start or there is "no action".

Events will not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified).

If a game is called or suspended, the score will be determined after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.)

Called or Suspended Rule Clarification

an example of the above rule is taken from the game played on 28th June 2007 between Baltimore and the NY Yankees. Baltimore was the home team.

For wagering purposes, Baltimore was graded as a 6-4 winner in 7 innings. There was "no action" on Totals or Run Lines. The game between Baltimore and the NY Yankees was suspended in the Top of the 8th inning with the Yankees scoring 4 runs in the Top of the 8th to take a 8-6 lead. Because Baltimore DID NOT BAT in the bottom of the 8th inning, Las Vegas gaming rules state that the game reverts back to the last COMPLETED inning. The last completed inning was the 7th inning with Baltimore leading 6-4.

Had Baltimore been given the opportunity to bat in the bottom of the 8th and TIED before the game was suspended, then the game would have been a PUSH with "no action" on Totals, Run Lines or Money Lines. If Baltimore had taken the LEAD in the bottom of the 8th before the game was suspended, then Baltimore would have WON on the Money Line but with "no action" on Totals or Run Lines.

Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:

(1) Action - Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher. If one or both pitchers fail to start, a price adjustment may be imposed.

(2) One Specified Pitcher - If the pitcher you select starts the game you have action. If the other pitcher fails to start, a price adjustment may be imposed.

(3) Listed Pitchers - If one or both pitchers fail to start the game you have "no action".

Note: In the event there is a pitching change prior to the game, money odds may be adjusted.

If one scheduled pitcher starts against any unscheduled pitcher, "Action" wagers will be recalculated to the opening price for the new pitcher. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.

Please note: We also offer MEGARUNS, which is the total runs scored by all teams playing on any given day. No pitchers are listed, so bets are action regardless of pitching changes, but all games must go 8½ innings or more for MEGARUNS to have action

MLB 1st Half Lines Rules

First-Half Wagers (5 Innings):
All wagers on baseball first half's (5 innings) will be decided on the basis of the score at the end of the five innings.

If a game does not go five full innings, all first-half wagers (5 innings) will be cancelled.

Once 5 full innings have been completed, all wagers on the first half (5 innings) will stand.

All first-half wagers (5 innings) must list both pitchers. If either listed pitcher does not start, wagers on the first half (5 innings) will be cancelled.

If a first half MLB game goes 5 full innings, SOS will grade it as a complete game (9 innings).

If a first half MLB game does NOT go 5 full innings, SOS will grade it as an incomplete game (3 innings).

BASKETBALL RULES

All Basketball games must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. If any game is postponed and/or rescheduled, it will automatically be "no action".

In order to have action, the game must go:

Basketball (Pro)..........................................45 min. of play

Basketball (College)...................................35 min. of play

On "totals" (over/under), overtime periods are included in the final score.

On half time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the 2nd half.

HOCKEY RULES

2005/6 Hockey Rules:

All Hockey games must be played on the date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified.

If any Hockey game is postponed and/or rescheduled, said event will automatically constitute ‘no action'.

In order to have action, a Hockey game (Pro and College) must go at least 55mins of play.

NEW for 2005/6 season

Final score will be determined by REGULATION, as well as OVERTIME and SHOOTOUT if necessary.

When wagering on ‘totals' (over/unders), OVERTIME PERIODS are included in the final score, as well as the SHOOTOUT, if necessary. However, the winner of the shootout will be awarded only ONE goal, not all goals scored during shootout.

On 1st, 2nd and 3rd period wagers, OVERTIME PERIODS (and SHOOTOUTS) are included as part of the 3rd period. For 3rd period totals, the winner of the shootout will be awarded only ONE goal, as stated above.

Because of the new NHL Hockey rules for 2005/6, SOS will be offering a different type of line.

Hockey will now have a moneyline, and a total.

Islanders +110 -140
Sabres -130   +120

A Canadian Puck Line may be used in some cases.

GOLF RULES

Rules for Golf match-ups:

Both Golfers in a match-up must tee off to start the Tournament, or that match-up is "no action".

Golfer with the better (lower) score wins match-up (with equal rounds played).

If one Golfer continues play after his opponent has missed the cut, withdrawn or been disqualified, the Golfer who continues play wins his match-up.

Winner of play-off (and Tournament) wins match-up. All other play-off participants tie each other.

SOCCER RULES

In soccer the home team is usually on top. Wagering on Soccer consists of "Straight" and "Parlay" betting.

Straight betting : simply involves betting on the outcome of a match in 90 minutes (i.e. 1st Half and 2nd Half injury and stop time included), choosing whether the game will end in a HOME win, an AWAY win, or the DRAW. This is known as 3 way betting, which means that there can only be one outcome. So if the scores are tied at the end of the regulation 90 minutes (injury time and stop time), then the DRAW is the winner and all bets on both teams will be losers. Extra time (overtime-30 mins) does not count in this instance v as in many Cup matches, when goals are scored in extra-time, they do not count for betting purposes. When totals are made available with a draw line the over/under will be the score after 90 minutes (injury time and stop time) of play only. For Two (2) Way Betting on Soccer games, Extra Time will be counted towards the final score.

Parlay betting : is simply a string of single bets. All three selections must win, in order for the entire parlay to win. A loss within the parlay means that the entire parlay will be graded as a loss.

BOXING RULES

(Pro, College, Amateur):
When bell is sounded for the start of the first round, the bout is considered official, unless at some point during the fight the referee deems the fight to be "no contest".

Because of the controversy over the HOLYFIELD/LEWIS fight a 'Draw' will never be offered by SOS

In the case of a future "draw" on any boxing event all monies will be returned (except on the total which will be graded as normal)

HORSE RULES

(revised 18th August 2006)

•  A player may make a Horse Wager using either the name (spelling) of the horse, or the number of that horse (the only valid number of any horse is the number that appears on the ‘blanket' located under the saddle of that horse.) Please be careful when using outside sources of information (ie: Newspapers, Websites, Tote Sheets, etc)

•  All calls are recorded for accuracy.

•  "Time Bets" will be given on all horse wagers. One minute will be added to the actual time at the completion of a wager.

Definition of a Time Bet
Time bet is the time that the bet is sent to the server, by either the clerk who is taking the phone bet, or the customer who is submitting the online bet. The time bet is calculated by the actual time in minutes (seconds do not count), plus ONE minute added for our protection. e.g. if you place a bet at anytime between 1:52:01 and 1:52:59 the time bet will be recorded as 1:53:00.

•  When grading horses, the "time bet" is compared to the posted off time of the race at the track. If the time bet is "equal to" or "less than" the posted off time at the track, the horse wager will have action. SOS uses the off time which is posted at the following websites:

www.drf.com      www.brisnet.com

•  Any wagers placed after the official “Off Time” of the race will be cancelled

•  SOS accepts horse wagers on all major thoroughbred racetracks and selected major stakes races only. (see attached list)

•  No Harness Racing.

•  The minimum horse wager is $25 US per call, there is no minimum horse wager online. The maximum wager is determined by the charts listed below, for each specific track profile .

•  Track limits are set for each type of bet. If you exceed these track limits by placing multiple bets on the same race, at the same track, certain rules apply

1. If you exceed the track limits for a specific bet and lose - you will lose all bets
2. If you exceed the track limits for a specific bet and win - you will only be paid the MAXIMUM amount allowed for that type of bet, for that specific track profile

• Scratches in Daily Doubles
SOS does not pay CONSOLATION doubles! If your horse is scratched, in either leg of your daily double selection, and your other selection WINS or LOSES, then the total amount of your wager will be REFUNDED to you.

• Scratches in Pick Three, Pick Four, Pick Five and Pick Six
SOS does not pay off a CONSOLATION when there is a scratched horse in Pick 3's. Pick 4's or Pick 5's. The scratch becomes a REFUNDED bet, like any scratch, in any other race.

When there is a "5 out of 6" Pick 6 payoff at any track, the customer MUST call SOS to obtain credit for that bet. It is solely the customer's responsibility to call SOS so that the adjustment can be made.

Trifecta and Superfecta
When there is an "ALL" payoff at any track, the customer MUST call SOS to obtain credit for that bet. It is solely the customer's responsibility to call SOS so that the adjustment can be made.

SOS only accepts wagers on the following horse tracks in the following profiles:
